How much does the delivery cost?
It costs £3.99 for delivery when you order 15 or less items, more than 15 items your delivery is complimentary.

Where are your garments made?
All our garments are printed and embroidered to the highest standard in-house in the UK. So you can order with confidence that the highest standards are maintained throughout the production process.
I made a spelling mistake on my personalised item, what shall I do?
If you have already placed your order and have realised you made a spelling mistake, please notify us immediately. Please note a £10+VAT fee will be applied for more than 2 edits to your leavers design, it is your responsibility to supply us with the correct information so please check over your order before submitting the information. Once your order has gone into production it is not possible to make an amend, but we will make the changes if we can.
Do your prices include VAT?
Where applicable, VAT is always included in all our quoted prices. If you need a quote without VAT please get in touch.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery is usually within two weeks from approval of your design. We aim to get the products to you as quickly as possible and on some occasions may be quicker. Please note that we get very busy towards the end of the school year, so the earlier you place your order the better!
What is the minimum I can order?
The minimum quantity per order is only 10 garments and these don’t all need to be the same size.
Can I order a sample?
We are happy to send sample hoodies out on request. If you would like to see one please contact us with your postal address and potential order details, please note that samples will be sent plain and are for sizing purposes only.
